I'm sure many of you are as equally obseesed with Instagram as I am. If you're not following me already, you can add me @LiaDiNunzio. My account's private at the moment, mostly to keep the creepers and the haters away. But feel free to follow for the inside-scoop on my everyday life!
Either way, I use instagram as a source of Inspiration. There are thousands of great foody accounts, fitness, and fashion accounts. So today I'm sharing my top three fitness accounts, and my top three food accounts! Next post I'll give you the scoop on my favorite fashion/lifestyle and celebrity accounts!
Fitness:
1) @FitGirlCode : By far my most favorite fitness account. #FitGirlCode has developed into a brand for women of all shapes and sizes to celebrate being healthy and active. All of their instagram posts are inspiring & encourage a happy lifestyle.
2) @NikeWomen : No explanation needed, you and I both know Nike has amazing marketing skills. Remeber those U-12 soccer days when "Anything you can do I can do better....." commercials came on? Yup, I felt like I deserved to be on the boys soccer team after watching those commercials.
3) @Kayla_Itsines : Alright, I'm sure you all know who Kayla is at this point...regular fit female turned international sensation after her workout videos went viral. She's great, you can download her App in the Itunes store for tips, advice, and encouragement.
Food:
1) @SpoonForkBacon : Being a food stylist has to be an awesome job. I follow this Instagram simply because the food looks amazing, however you can check out their website for the actual recipes and other food related things!
2) @Fit_Smoothies : So refreshing! Who doesn't love a colorful smoothy recipe? Great for early mornings, post-workouts, and summer days!
3) @SweetGreen : Sweet Green is a healthy food chain I first tasted when I lived in Washington, D.C. I immediately fell inlove with their over-priced, yet delicious salads. The entire brand image is about eating well, and supporting local farmers. Closest comparison in Buffalo? Newbury Street of course!
Much Love, Lia
